The opinion poll method

I know how to work out form but when it comes to foreign tracks I 'm a dunce.
But race horse betting is becoming internationalized.

There exists a method based on opinion polls, upon which I have made some research.
Anyone willing to help me ?

It's boring but effective and the underlying principle is this:

"the combination of tipsters produces a tipster better than the best in the company"

In maths it is the study of the "maximum likelihood estimators".
