Re: Tue 7th June
Going with you Wively on KIWI BAY. Seems to reserve his best performances for Redcar and has often arrived here out of form and yet still managed a win. Handicapper has given him a chance as well and really should be up there
Still can't get anything consistent going, but hopeful with the following:- 2:00 Redcar - INGLEBY ANGEL - 2nd on debut, but to be fair was beaten quite a way. That was fibresand however and this is fast turf, so I would expect a significant improvement. 3:30 Salisbury - DESERT AUCTION - Was with this one last week and only just failed to get up in a seller. In to claiming company today and whilst not best at the weights, has been given a chance. 5:00 Salisbury - SPIRIT OF OAKDALE - Has some useful AW form and has a major chance if he can translate that back to turf. Looks competitively weighted and has the aid of first time cheekpieces. Very open race, but not covinved about the form of the LTO winners. All in all very happy with mine at a top priced 18's. Re: Tue 7th June
Can't take the 2:15 Salisbury too seriously, as there are a number of decent looking types. Just playing for fun with a small stakes combination forecast -
MR KNIGHTLEY ( Hannon trained newcomer, looks the part on paper ) HI THERE - ( One of 2 by Dark Angel, trainer not renowned for first time winners though ) MY SHARONA - ( The other of Dark Angel's. Stable coming into form and does get 2yo winners ) |

Re: Tue 7th June
2.00 Redcar
1st 8 Roger Sez (IRE) 25-1 2nd 3 Lexi's Prince (IRE) 3-1 3rd 5 Red Socks (IRE) 5-1 Winner finished 15th of 16 on debut, most of the beaten horses here will struggle to win outside of plating company I think! |

Re: Tue 7th June
Looking at the opening Salisbury race, it appears that low numbers will again be favoured. All mine are drawn mid to high, so may need to re - think. I thought the bias was a bit less this year as well.

Re: Tue 7th June
3:55 Salisbury - JOYFUL SOUND - Worried about the draw in 12, but JS did hint at ability on his debut. Bred to do better and related to enough winners to be of interest. Stable in fari nick and happy to take a chance at 33's.
