7:20 Kempton

0 From my last 12, so decided not to go mad. There were some " marginals " Today, but so far all have lost so decision vindicated. My only bet of the day is SPIRIT OF OAKDALE, in the 7:20. This one has raced solely at 6f so the step up in trip is the first thing that catches the eye. Winners throughout the pedigree and this one should turn out to be a lot better than his current mark of 57.

You're a brave man mate, chosing this race to break your bad run.

It's a shit of race and anything could win it. Best of luck to you though. I'll be cheering yours on

Fine line between bravery and stupidity of course.

Took an early 6/1 on it and now down to 7/2. Have already secured a profit whatever happens.

Re: 7:20 Kempton

Broke OK, but did nothing to try and hold his position, in the last 2 for most of the way and was never seriously put in the race. Time was 3 1/2 seconds slower than standard so no excuse really. Thankfully I backed and layed at just the right times, but still a shocking run.
