Sunday's Horses
Racing wise, I have gone from red hot to stone cold in the space of 10 days. Still, could be worse, at least i'm not 40.
The one thing I really did not need was for all 3 English meeting to be over the jumps, but at least thaere is some flat action in Ireland. My 4 selections are as follows :- 3:30 Stratford - KIKOS - Consistent sort, but has not quite been at his best in the last 2 starts. Has a nice weight, has Sam Jones booked and there will be worse 12/1 shots Today. 3:45 Tipperary - MOONLIT GARDEN - No bet if ridiculously odds on, but hopefully will be around EVENS, Quite simply, should out class them ( in theory ) 4:45 Tipperary - PIMLICO SOUND - Backed off the boards LTO ( 5/2 Into Evs ), but got involved in a speed dual early on. Bellewstown a tough track to front run on and inevitably if faded to nearer last. I think he can win off 53 and certainly has the speed to make his mark. 5:00 - KRISTALLO - I remember this one from the flat and lokked a decent sort in the staying category. Has performed in fits and starts over hurdles, but does have the ability to win more rces. First time Visor should help and once again Sam Jones booked ( here's hoping he has a good day ) |

Re: Sunday's Horses
Got to say, just not happening for me at the moment. Moonlit Garden, went off odds on and traded that way throughout most of the race.just to make it worse, the winner turned round a 5 Length deficit from their debut appearance. ( level terms )
Kikos ran a pretty decet race and traded as low as 4.6 in running. Never going as well as the winner, but looked a cert for the place. Not to be however as he got caught and passed on the flat. |

Re: Sunday's Horses
Flash McGahon being backed in Pimlico Sound's race and this one does worry me. Spent the winter with the Dandy Nicholls Yard and had plenty of opportunities at Southwell ( track should have suited )Would have expected it to pop up somewhere on soft, but would not be surprised if this was the day.

Re: Sunday's Horses
Hope you kept the faith, Punter. Kristallo made hard work of it in the end, but a 16/1 winner is a 16/1 winner.
