Saturday's Selections
Early post Today and probably wont watch them run ( unless I can sneak out and find a Betting Shop of course )
My 4 are as follows : - 2:45 Beverley - AHTOUG - Very nice debut run, but then turned over at odds on. Not to worried about that and not worried about the draw either. ( stall 1 was an automatic no bet years ago, but things have now evened out ) 4:25 Beverley - MEJD - This looks about his grade and trip and ground no problem. Looks a genuine sort and has enough form to go close. I expect that the Stoute trained FAV, will be short, but happy to oppose at the prices. 6:30 Bellewstown - PIMLICO SOUND - Tipped and backed this one LTO and feel there is still a bit more to come. Very winnable race as well. 6:40 Nottingham - ITSTHURSDAYALREADY - Close up 5th, off a mark of 63 LTO, gives him a leading chance. First try in a seller as well. Getting a decent chunk of weight from the probable FAV and must really go close |

Re: Saturday's Selections
guys,
lots of racing today, as always on a slippery saturday. lets hope we can find a winner or two to pay for tonites beers & vindaloo!! sand200 GROUP THERAPY nap plenty to like about this ones win at beverley lto. this course today should suit equally as well and i reckon at 3/1 its a very good bet to take this prize. hayd325 HILLVIEW BOY ew hanovarian baron will be all the rage in this race, and whilst i respect that ones chance. i happy to look for a bit of value with the jim goldie horse. lightly raced and won a hot looking hamilton race lto back in may. progressive and looks to have been plotted up for this valuable prize. well drawn and richard hughes a significant jockey booking. bev425 CABAL came late to win on handicap debut at doncaster recently and can follow up here for the mighty stoute yard who do well with their raiders at this track. bev535 SHARP ECLIPSE hard to believe that this one is still a maiden, having been plying its trade mainly in handicaps of late. runner up the last two times in that sphere this one has been found the ideal opportunity here and can hopefully make all from its high draw. a couple that are interesting later on at sandown are MASS RALLY (450) & REVERED (525) and at carlisle tonight MOHEEBB (825) |

Re: Saturday's Selections
hay 3.25 Hillview boy 3 pts win @ 10/1
Hanovarian baron 1 pt win @ 5/1 The negative comments about Hillside not handling the ground, look flimsy to me. Sire projeny benefit on fast ground and he has wom nhf on fast and was badly hampered on only attempt on flat. Looks progressive for a 6yo and 4lb rise for last win may be lenient. There is a formline with Hanovarian Baron, albeit on different ground, but he has to be backed as a saver, considering the improvent since stepped up to middle distances (1,1,2,1). Off 88 today but was rated in the mid 90's over shorter trips in Ireland. Hay 5.45 Ninth House 2 pts win Risking an in running bet on this one as he's generally slowly away. Had troubled runs on last two occasions and hopefully jockey can stay out of trouble. Carl 6.55 Frognal 2 pts win @ 9/2 Weak race, drop in trip and 1st time blinkers, give me hope for a horse tumbling down ratings. Cheers beamer |
