Sunday 21st June

Ponty 2.10 Dance For Julie 1pt Win @ place @ 15/2 & 2.8

The place only odds appeal to me here, but I also think he she's overpriced in the win market. She has a few "sexy" ones in front of here in the betting, but I do think she showed decent promise on her debut, which looks a fair race and I expect more improvement taking on this steep 6f.

Ponty 3.10 William Blake 2 pts win @ 4.4

The fact the owner/ trainer have kept hold of this horse and gelded him indicatwes to me they feel they can still progress off a tough looking mark. His debut run this season was promising, where he did hit trouble. This looks easier and I'm hoping he will lead and dominate.

Bullet Man could be well in but his last race looks moderate at the moment.

Fastnet Storm is highly regared, but he did bounce on the back of his last win. If he was double figures, I'd be interested but at the 9/2, I'd prefer the Johnson horse.

Ponty 2.10 Dance For Julie 1pt Win @ place @ 15/2 & 2.8 2nd

Ponty 3.10 William Blake 2 pts win @ 4.4 3rd

Loss of 1.3 pts

Ponty 5.10 Keshkianto 1pt W/P @ 10.0/ 3.15

Difficult to figure out her right trip , but I do think she's worthy of bet today.

Her 2nd run back at Beverley was decent, with a couple of winners coming out of that race and she was posted way out wide. That was over a mile, but she still run with promise over 6f last time out, setting the early pace then finding lack of speed at the end, but was staying on at the finish.

The stiffer track will suit and she is effectively 4lb better off with the jockey claim ( I'm not certain there is 4 lb between the two apprentices).

She will probably have to set the pace, but I would like to see her stoked up as soon as they turn for home.

Small stable had a winner yesterday.

If she gets an aerly lead I will put in an in running lay back @ 1.22

i still think she is worth following, probably over a straight 7f.

She lacked the early pace to get the lead and dominate, so the race went totally againsther style of running.

Loss of 3.3 pts
