I've been doing a bit of paper testing on a laying system recently and it's been encouraging enough for me to now start using it for real cash so I intend to keep a record in here.

I was hoping to start last night with at least three lays for today but unfortunatley they aren't there at the right price so I'll start with tomorrow's racing which I'll initially be picking out tonight and finishing off in the morning.

The only exception will be if Woodcote Place in the 250 at Goodwood reaches a price of 9 to lay on betfair. It's currently 9.4 at the moment. If so, I'll lay 5.25 points at 9 for a 5pt win accounting for 5% commision or a 42 point loss.

My initial bank will be 1,0000 points and most of my lays will be greater than 5pts but at lower prices than this one.

Will confirm this bet before the off if it's going to happen.

Look busy the only winner out of that lot. Slight loss on the day.

As I mentioned in another thread Mambo Spirit has been heavily backed in the 430 race at Leicester today. Obviously someone has confidence in it but I don't see how it can win and I'm going to make it my lay
