1.55 Newbury - longshots
The fav MAD MAX is heading for the top but is a huge horse who will be better over fences. That's not to say he won't be good over hurdles but he might just lack for tactical speed in this event. The next 3 in the betting all have decent hurdling form but I'm going for a couple at big prices ew
PAUSE AND CLAUSE - didn't do a lot wrong on hurdling debut last time and ought to improve a fair bit today. 80.0 / 7.0 win & place Betfair PENHAROLD - Pulled up on hurdle debut but much better last time and is a well made sort so should go well at a price. 50.0 / 5.2 win & place Betfair

Polt William Hill are giving you the best price guaranteed for January i belive so you'll be safe whatever. Bet365 do it too so im quite happy to them drift after taking the 20's on them. a horse doesnt know the price and i'll take a winner at any price
