Sunderland Dogs Tonight
9.45 race
Apparently theres a dog in this race by the name of Honcho away trap 5 i think.
This dog was backed months ago for tonights final by someone at odds of 200/1 to the tune of £500 E/W.
I think its still the outsider for the race tonight although it has been backed in a little during today.
Whichever bookie it was who laid this bet, theyve gotta be feeling a tad nervous tonight ahead of this race.
Not gonna touch it meself and i dont personally know of the fella who has placed the bet, just somet i heard today, but it'll be interesting to see how it goes with someone looking at a possible £125,000 payout.

Re: Sunderland Dogs Tonight
Welcome SK to TDP.
Certainly worth a punt as the ones that did the original bet must have a lot of confidence in this bet.
I will chance a couple of quid on it and hope to come back from my shower with it 1st or 2nd
Cheers mate .GIF)

Re: Sunderland Dogs Tonight
 Interesting story nevertheless.
Got a few spread bettors on here, but no specific spread betting forum(perhaps soon tho), but if you fire up your thoughts on anything you'll be sure to get plenty feedback.

Gonna be starting up spread betting again this weekend,
Settled up my outstanding account and the firm i use have now offered me a reduced credit limit (£500)
Gonna try again i think... Ive done it all gambling,,, dogs, horses, football coupons, casinos, roulette machines, poker, online casinos etc etc, but the biggest buzz ive ever had from gambling has been thru spread betting id say...

Re: Sunderland Dogs Tonight
Not something I've tried yet but certainly a type of betting I'd be interested in finding out more about.
I love the warning the bookies have to put up everytime you visit about losing all your money - like they care!
Out of interest, which one do you use?

I use Spread-ex, quality firm (well as nice as a bookie can be eh ) had an account with them for about 4 or 5 years now.
Christmas time they sent me a harrods wine and cheese hamper kinda thing : Not really my kinda thing but i flogged it to a mate for £30 so all was well..
Nah, they are a decent firm, its very volatile tho spread betting so ya gotta becareful.

Re: Sunderland Dogs Tonight
Unlucky there mate but it was certainly worth a pop.
I haven't got into spread betting but its certainly something that i have had a look at. I only worry about the potential of big losses though and thats what worries me.
No spread betting area specifically fr it though but there are a few in here and if you have any thoughts or whatever don't be scared to post them up as if it ws to pick up then it would certainly be an avenue we would be looing to add to the place.
