2.15 - I think D.Evans will take this. She's A Shaw Thing has looked a real professional in its two runs. The form of first run been well boosted and the 2nd Percolator pissed in at Longchamp on Sunday. Trainer said better ground would suit S.A.S.T after first run so todays ground should not pose a problem. Will take all the beating had a good bet and managed to get just over 11/10 last night. Stable other runner also interests me . White Shift won first time out at Great Leighs beating a decent sort easily. Interesting that trainer sent the horse to a track miles away on debut. Looking at video the race ran round two sharp bends which were handled well. Maybe a bit of an education for todays task. At 8/1 i'm having a saver on White Shift also.

2.45 - Double Banded ew - Looks interesting this season.

1.45 - Temple Place - Seems to come to life here. A nice run over hurdles last time and off a similar mark to last years win should be close . I managed to get 12.5 on betfair y/day but more like 7/1 today with bookies . EW BET.

2.15 Stotsfold - I think this one is upto winning a group race and if a fast enough pace today at a course / ground to suit today could be that day WIN BET

2.45 Dr Freemantle - Sprinted away to be 2nd off a fast pace last time and looks the business to me. WIN BET

3.15 Adversity - A drop to 7f to suit and one to follow this season . A tough draw today but its not impossible to beat this adversity at Chester . WIN BET
Toto Skylachy - A big horse who did me a favour last season and was 2nd to a useful type 1st time out this season when tipped up. Looks like a horse with more to give and could well find a place today. PLACE BET

Just the one bet this afternoon and it comes in the 3.15pm at Chester.

There has been bundles of money for Royalist this morning and has been drifting the last hour on course and BF.

The one i like and backed this at huge prices each way last night and this morning is Frankies ride Elna Bright with the ground drying out this has got to have big place claims as has been running against the ground and firm is exactly what he wants.

Some one please explain to me why frankie stopped riding the horse half a furlong out, in third and he literally stopped riding the horse and gave up...nice one frankie "time to retire"

2.40 CAPE AMBER - Went into my notes as useful and scopey and could be a fly in the ointment today at 10.00 on betfair. A win bet with only two places to aim at.

4.55 COLLECTION - Travelled well enough on first run of season only to be swamped near finish. Todays longer trip can bring some improvement. A win bet.
