Im away to the races at Carlisle , any fancys or tips for me ?

Just had a quick look through the card and ive come up with .......

14.10 King Jack
14.40 Overserved
15.15 Mr Preacher Man
15.45 Bellaney Jewel (nap)
16.20 Supreme Builder
16.50 Sol Run
17.20 Capell Eile

Talk me out of them , i should be back online before i bugger off to the course , any input welcome .........

If that was me i would have probably thrown a strop sayig that your all useless bastards and thanks very much for all the help - not and theres me going to the bloody races and you all know this and i dont know that and all my hard work and fcuk cant a man have a day out at the races and get a few tips etc etc

King jJack been shaken up now to take over.....3 flights still to take....jaunty flight makes good progress...jaunty flight now takes over.....travelling strong..here comes not my horse and King Jack .....aye that sounds like a good winner RC. Nice. King Jack went out like a light.
