Breaking the rules to win

I wondered what other people thought about jockeys breaking the rules (Whips)to win big prize races .And if they do should they start getting disqualified.I backed Jeremy and also 2 nd Ayr Gold Cup on sat at 30.1 ew
But if the two winning jockeys had not used excessive whip , would the runners up have won ? .This seems to happen more in big prize races ,whats a 2 day ban for the top jockeys if your going to win lots of money and a group race.Not a lot I suspect.Plus what do you think of jockeys who seem to be giving their mounts too much to do and seem to be riding most of their mounts the same ,held up well of the pace,We all know some horses need covered up ,held up,Ect,but not all horses need to be so far off the pace.They are not all Mill Reefs or Arkle's with a good turn of foot and a bit of class ,most are very average or even bad.The old saying is you can give weight away but not distance.

Youve got a point with whip rule. Ramonti was another to win at Ascot when Dettori broke the rules.
Disqualification of the horse would seem the sensible answer, but when was sense ever used by the people who run racing.
