Thank god its nearly over. Had a terrible week writing off 80% of my betting balance. Looking on the brightside I am excited by the days racing.

2.30 - Meydan Dubai and Azeer EW - both in my formbook and would love one of them to land this race. The latter looks the more likely but we had a 50/1 winner yesterday.

3.05 - Admirals Cruise EW - looks the value in the race and is seen to good effect on this ground. I hope Scorpion flops here because the last win I thought was in a very poor race in which Maraahel was beaten into third.

3.45 - Miss Andretti - Can do the double but will be too short a price. Going to go for some home bred value in the name of... Amadeaus Wolf and Asset EW

4.25 - Burning Incense EW - Was a horse I latched onto last season and can at his best wipe the floor with his rating.

5.00 - Ceder Mountain - the lightly raced horse will appreciate step up in trip and can repel the handicap mark

5.35 - Ned Ludd EW - goes on the ground and can step up on previous attempts

Yes, it's been a bit of a shit week and now I see that 2 of the 3 horses I have any interest in are on your list as well - any chance that this may be a good thing

Now linas selection is a non-runner in the 3:05 there are only 2 places and my e/w on admirals cruise is out the window, so it will have to be a straight win.

I also like burning incense e/w in the 4:20 and a straight win on hogmaneigh in the same race.
