Yahoooo!!! Layed out 46 quid on bets. Got just under 200 quid back. Got two 5 pound twist f'casts up, and also got a 50p twist f'cast double up. The double payed 75 quid. The two f'casts payed 50 and 75. So now up to 290 for last 9 days. I think i'll call it a day there. Perhaps i'll back darrens ips. We'll see.

In addition, i like these for twist f'casts, 2.18, T3/T6, 4.47 T1/T3, 5.56 T1/T5. Will try f'cast doubles too. Finally, Im gonna try these combos for tricasts. 2.18 T3,T6,T2 - T3,T2,T6 - T6,T3,T2 - T2,T3,T6. 4.47 T1,T3,T6 - T3,T1,T6 - T1,T6,T3 - T6,T1,T3. 5.56 T1,T5,T4 - T1,T4,T5 - T5,T1,T4 - T4,T1,T5. Stakes are 10 pound wins if singles are 3/1 or greater, 50 pence twist f'cast doubles = 6 pound, 5 pound single twist f'casts = 30 pound. 1 pound for each t'cast = 12 pounds. All together my potential outlay is 72 quid. However, if i win enough on 1st race, 2nd race, I'll prob quit. later peopes.

Hy folks. Back again. Took the day away from the doggies today. I've picked these four out for tomoz. Basically cos they have been going close at big prices. Hopefully they will sp at a big price tomoz and at least one will win. Baby boysy 11.28, casual conquest 11.42, pigeon wood 12.58, harry surprise 2.03. All at hove.

well, pigeon wood won for me today at 7/2. Ended the day 40 up. Anyway, im pulling the plug on my threads. I know i just started a knew one up, but its hard trying to tip winners for you people on a constent basis. I find it easier when im in the bookies taking each race as it comes. Some i have a bet, some i dont. Basically being patient. Consequently, i have winners i cant put up on here. It annoys me. LoL! I'm going to just concentrate on winning for myself from now on. Hope ive helped some of you here and there with winners. Take it easy folks. Folow these 3 trainers and you WILL make money. K macari(sunderland), c gardiner(hove), P young(romford). Hello there fellow mugs! Decided to come back as ive been missing it. Sad, but true. Had a look at romfords card for today and paul young seems to have quite a few chances. Well, trap 3 won for my third selection today at 4/1. was 55 up at that point. carried on wth a fiver then tenner on my other 2 dogs. Both lost. 40 quid up tho for the day. can't complain.
