Cheers traeth. I think the bookies payout each way now on the first six but with a starting field of 156 players, it's not unusual to have several players bunched together at the end of golf tournaments.

Poulter wasn't far away and needs to find a bit more consistency to fulfil his undoubted potential. We could do with some good young British/European players stepping up to a higher level to fill the shoes of Faldo, Langer, Lyle, Woosnam, Ballesteros and Olazabal, though Ollie put up a very good show as did Faldo. All of these bar Ollie are heading towards Seniors golf.

Padraig Harrington is our best player just now but he missed out at the Open due to the death of his father. We need some more like him.
