Re: SBS Championship 7th Jan
Really looking forward to the PGA Tour this year, no Tiger means it should be much more interesting. As for this, I agree with this link removed which predicts Dustin Johnson should do well. I've been following him a while and 20/1 seems a big price.

Re: SBS Championship 7th Jan
I really want to get more invoved in the golf betting this year.
Problem with this event is the small field, so no real rag prices to choose from. Stricker 3pts win @ 8/1 ( lay back in running @ 1.81) Casey 1 pt win @ 26.0 ( Lay back in running @ 3.0) Moore 1 pt win @ 28.0 ( Lay back in running @ 4.0) Stricker may be fav, but still appears a decent price to me, considering the field size. Won less than a month ago, so should not lack any sharpness. The large greens should also be to his advantage being the best putter on the tour. I may know my fate after a few holes with Casey and the sensible angle may be to play him in running, but he did at least finish his last tournament, in decent fashion with a final round 64. he kicked off last year very well, so I'm hoping for a repeat. I don't really know much about Moore, but his form got progrssively better throughout last year, having struggled with a wrist injury. He could be one watch through the year. Good luck beamer |

Re: SBS Championship 7th Jan
Day 2
Stricker 3pts win @ 8/1 ( lay back in running @ 1.81) E Casey 1 pt win @ 26.0 ( Lay back in running @ 3.0) -3 Moore 1 pt win @ 28.0 ( Lay back in running @ 4.0) -4 Main bet bombed, but I feel the market may have over reacted. He is at the bottom of the pile but he does have a full three days to recover, as I don't think there is any cut. Taken .5 pt again on Stricker @ 40/1 and put up another @ 60.0, which is unmatched. He is out in the 2nd group, so I'm hoping that he gets off to a reasonable start and I will trade that bet out at 25.0. The bet @ 60.0 is on the basis he bogey's early on. Stricker .5pts win @ 40/1 Stricker .5ts win @ 60.0 (Unmatched) Cheers beamer |

Re: SBS Championship 7th Jan
Martin Laird and Angel Cabrera were suffering with the putter, and improved Goosen carried on hes good form from last season, after a very poor 07 and 08,he started to fall away in the last round, but nanaged to force himself back into the top 6,Sabbatini played some stunning stuff last round, but hes to tempremental, and wether this type of form will carry on for the season is questionable.Kenny Perry still keeping hes form but was never a threat, and Lucas Glover just fell away all to easy. The course was long, but it wasnt the toughest with wide fairways and monster greens.
Goosen might be the player to take from this event, and obviously Ogilvy he kept hes nerve after bogeying the 6th and looked very solid. Sean O'Hair amazingly snap hooked hes second shot to the 18th,and my top american bet went down when it looked in the bag,and that cost him the chance of a possible eagle and to force a play off, gutted

Re: SBS Championship 7th Jan
I thought about your bet FC when he blew it on the 18th. Commentators claimed he could be a bottler.
