No wins this year and only 1 win in 2006 in the Dunhill but that was a truly poor field.And failed to win in 2006 in on the US tour.He is suffering by his high standards and im going to take him on.Has thrown his toys out the pram as the pressure starts to take its toll.

Retief Goosen well 2005 and 2006 in this event brought no rounds of sub 70 is a negative and form very average and his only win this year on the euro tour in a very average Qatar masters,ranked 55th on the US Tour,talented but loads of question marks over him.

Vijay Singh
No form in this event,twice winner on the US tour and ranked 3,I think im going to have to take him as Goosen and espeicaly Els are there to be shot at.

Luke Donald
25th and 18th the last two attempts at this tourney,that said he is an up and coming player,ranked 8th on the US Tour.

Paul Casey
I think this is a totally different cat,winner of the World Match Play on this course,tied 11th in 2006 67-72-69-74,has every chance at biggish odds.

In his best form at the mo, hit opening rounds of 68 in 2006 and 70 in 2005,hes opponents Jimenez and Schwartzel,Jimenez is very average at the mo and Schwartzel has done nothing in this event previously.

J.Rose best priced 2.37 @ VC
his opponents M.Campbell well his swinging like a weekend golfer at the mo need I say more,R.Karlsson did start 69-68 last year but this years form is poor,so im going to take Rose to out score him.

In this tournament i fancy M.A.Jiminez as the top European at 14/1 good odds also 50/1 EW may be worth a dabble.

Cabrera @33/1 is a decent E/W bet I reckon. Has been patchy this year but played brilliantly here for 2 rounds last year before fading away.

Soren Hansen @100/1 is a decent price too. He had a great finish last week in the Irish Open and would have been right in the mix but for a poor start. Add in his top 10 finish last year and this is no forlorn 100/1 hope.

Gonna follow Basher on his 3 balls as well as he was shit hot last week picking some juicy priced winners.

i'm on monty for this. he is still a good player and there are a few question marks over many of the market leaders for me. he has played wentworth a lot of times over the years, defo knows the course. 50/1 is too long, he should be more like 33/1 i feel. when he is in the mix, he can finish it as well, i think it is about time that he gave us a good performance.
the other on is casey. he is a pure confidence player, and having done so well in the world matchplay here-he must have good memories. been ok so far this year, a few top10s recently, been a touch inactive but he has the game perfectly suited for this course. 25/1 is defo interesting me. others i thought of are cabrera who won it a couple of years back and robert karlsson whom when gets going can birdie fest. and wentworth is a proper birdie fest course.
ross fisher will get some support- due to that he was a junior here and played the course plenty of times.

Mixed bag for me today. Absolute stinker of a round for Soren Hansen and his 80 means theres no chance he'll be making the cut. Cabrera had a strong finish with 3 birdies in a row from the 16th to the 18th and he is tied for 16th on -2. Nice call on Justin Rose Basher.

Els had the sought of round I was expecting very in and out managed to bogey two holes and double bogey one hole but did manage to settle and had a good back nine and to his credit manage to finish -4,I wonder if he has a bad front 9 again he will be able to turn it around.
J.Rose he has been playing some great stuff on the US Tour,not seen over here that often now but ripped into Wentwoth today to finish -6,down to 6/1 now and big chances now.
P.Casey disapointed to finish +1 out to 40's,is capable but ive lost my money here I think.
A.Cabrera -2, -3 on the par 5's is good going might squeeze and eagle on day 2,so if he can keep a bogey free round who knows he might finish the day in amongst the leaders,still avaliable at 33/1

Yes we nailed another 3-ball in J.Rose,but alias a loser had to come eventually,still were showing a nice profit on our 3-balls, Thanks Chief.

Rose is 2.1 to follow up on his 3 ball win,Karlsson finished level had 4 bogeys and 4 birdies and Campball finished +6.

Rose has only got to beat Karlsson,im having another punt @2.1.

We our 3 ball yet again with Rose Going into the 3rd round we a sitting very pretty,Cabrera tipped by Chief and Freedybitesback sits top of the leaderboard,and weve got him at 33's,and K33nan's tip on Jimenez to be top european at 50's is bang there tied 4th only 2 behind
