just downloaded the poker software from ladbrokes and it wont let me log in yet I can log in on the normal site anyone else had this problem

No mate. I find them to be exceptionally reliable. It's been a while since I joined them. Have you checked your emails (including junk emails) for a validation link or something?

I downloaded and installed from ladbrokes yesterday, on my misses computer..
That worked fine. Made her as user etc. And then she played poker..
Took only 5mins or so..

So sound strange.. Maybe you have it installed earlier on, on your system, so it have not removed all your files / registry completely..

Is your main Ladbrokes account username different from your poker username?

On Betfair poker, I was typing in my poker username, instead of my main account username. I know it's a longshot but you could be making the same mistake.

I felt like a right fool after it finally dawned on me.
