On BB with A6 and checked when it came round to me.

Flop came 269 rainbow.

Bet a bit, one person went.

Turn came 6, more betting. River came with nothing. Rasing war between me and 1 other. Ended up all in, they turned 22.

I would need to know more about who raised first after the turn to give any opinion on how the hand could have been played differently.

Hard to see how either of you would have folded after the turn though.

Still plenty of poker to be played but I'm beginning to fall down the ladder. I'll have to get aggressive soon.

Just did something very stupid and got kicked out in 606th place.

I had QQ, limped in and stupidly matched an all in after a 5,5,6 flop. Opponent had 5 Q. Oh well, live and learn. Was hapy with winning a big $1.50 the other day on the 1,000 daily free-roll so some small signs of improvement.

I sometimes raise quite big preflop with QQ all depending on position and how big my stack is (compared to the average stack in the tourney).

Were you in late, mid or early AMP?

I play QQ more aggressively than passively on the whole though.

I went out raising with A9 (whilst short stacked) and ran into AA. Oh well.

If there are two cards I dont like being dealt its the A+low kicker,you get stung more often then not,gonna start chucking pre-flop.

A* (* = anything less than Q) is a dangerous hand. But I was short stacked so I hoped.

Had a bit of luck the other day with A 10 but know what you mean about A rag. Trouble.

The QQ thing, well two hands prior I went all in on JJ and everybody folded. So I was in early position with QQ and the plan was to get the antes in the pot and then go all in.

The problem was I was stuck on going all in. When the guy went all in on a 5 4 5 flop I should've figure him for 2 pair at least and ditched the ladies. I was short stacked at the time and in need of an all in.

Still, new to this malarky (about four months now) so will chalk it down to experience.

Well played Gettin, only ten places off the money. The way I see it you were better than 97 % of the entrants.
