why did you only bet $15 after the river? you had him commited and i am sure he would have called a much bigger bet. even an over bet would look like you had missed the c flush draw.

That is lack of experience mate  , I guess I was afraid he won't pay me off. The other thing is I was playing pretty tight and they knew that, I thought they knew I wouldn't be playing without a decent hand - I had a straight flush just few hands before this hand, and it was against the same guy.
Still early days in cash play for me... |

Nice one on the successes kristo. Dont be worried about being "paid off" mate. Go for the jugular when you have a hand. In the hand where you have the straight with 42 at the end theres about 72 in the pot on the river. Id have put a big bet in at the end. If you bet 70 dollars here and he calls 1 in 3 times its better than betting 15 which he calls everytime....(if you see what I mean)
