Well, I have heard some pros say 40x max buy-in. I don't mind sitting with 10% of my bankroll (whilst building it) as long as I can move down as soon as I go below this figure, regardless of the juicyness of the game.

Sitting down with 10% of your bankroll is pretty sick i think, pretty impossible when your multi tableing but plausible i suppose with one table.

thats a really big pot dan dan, 300b, well done. I think you played it well but id have raised more on the turn - gamplay had a flush draw!

Thought about it after Jez and my reasoning, although wrong, was that whilst playing, a few on the table had been going along with pots regardless and I think I thought a big raise would be called and I would have thrown a lot away if they got their flush. I didn't think i could get them off the pot basically but I might have been wrong and did take a risk making it too easy to call. Lucky this time though.

I cannot believe that i just sat through 3 and a half hours of the Ladbrokes Midnight $100 Freeroll to come 11th out of 1550 and earn a measly 77 cents. To put this into context, i still do not have enough for the cheapest buyin on Ladbrokes. Ship it tbh.

Was playing in the Saturday tourney at the Stanley Casino in Edinburgh last night, I finished just outside the money which was a shame. I went all in with AT hearts, as I was getting short with the blinds catching up with me, and was called by pocket 9s. The flop brought the Queen and Jack of hearts. The turn brought a 7. And the river... which everyone was shouting for... came the King of Hearts :D The place erupted and I had bagged my first live Royal Flush.

Great feeling, shame I didnt get in the money though.
