I am listening to the annie Duke audiobook (something raising) she mentioned an unnamed famous poker player that was slagging her on a poker forum. He said that she was a bad playing, smelly arrogant sod. the player in question was backing another woman player. this went on for over a year. anyone know who it was?

also is annie Duke still married to Ben? the fella i saw in a video with her doesnt look like the same fella that was he boyfriend on some poker show in america lately. anyone know?

It's Daniel Negreanu that she had a fairly public feud with, at around 2003 over at the RGP forums which became so bad that Howard Lederer apparently had to step in to defend his sister.

They've had a few confrontations since but none of the three care to talk about it. They don't seem to laugh it off but they just don't want to talk about it any more.

Annie's divorced Ben and is now involved in a relationship with Shannon Elizabeth's ex-husband Joe Reitman.

ah brilliant Stereoman thanks. I had a feeling it was Negranu. She mentioned him in the champions of champions as 'wearing an earing' whilst describing everyone else as formidable looking. I was gonna slag him then but after reading that i could well belive him. Be great seing big Howard giving him a dirty look mind.

all in i dont think i like annie Duke anymore. She's a pain in the ass.
