Do people here worry about there weight?

A bit of a weird question but this is for men in general, I know a lot of women worry about there weight and dont eat etc, now for the past month and a half i have been worrying about my weight and have cut out the bad foods like mcdonalds and kfc and gone to the gym. Im 6ft 2 and weigh 9 stone exact but feel i can knock a few more pounds of, Lisa keeps telling me to stop being stupid and im to skinny as it is but lately ive been worrying more and more about my weight so basically who here worries about there weight?

you are too thin for your height but that doesn't mean you are not fat on the inside. thin people can develop fat around their organs if they eat too much shit and a lot do because they think their metabolism burns it off so they eat any old crap.

you need to eat heathily. fruit and vegetable, chicken and fish (limit red meat to once or twice a week), carbs such as potato, pasta and rice (brown).

stop away from mcds and kfc because not only is that processed shit designed to make you an addict to the corporate world of shitty shit food but you'll be giving your money to even bigger and fatter yanks. here endeth the rant

Stop eating shite Lurch and start eating natural foods, the takeaways will passthrough your body without leaving any nutrients behind, not that they had that many to begin with only fat.

9 stone for a 6ft 2 bloke is way under weight, minimum i reckon should be 12 or 13 stone for somebody your size.

Well thanks guys gonna give the fast food up for a month and see if that helps out, also going to cut out on the alcohol as i dont think going out on mad binge drinking weekends is doing me any good either. Has anyone else been worried about there weight?
