Bargain anybody?

Just been scouting about for a cheap pair of trainers for my holiday and came across this (don't ask how) and thought ehhm thats a good idea but doesn't look much of a bargain to me, its a cardboard coffin with 50 quid off but it looks a bit too cardboardy for my liking.

I don't know what i was expecting to see, but I envisage a ribbon round this with a bow stuck on top.

I've got a mate who works for a funeral company , he says the latest "craze" is for eco-friendly coffins - made from willow , three times more expensive than a pine one !

when asked what he does , their reply is "have you got your tape measure?"

his repost is " don't need one I got a good eye and I've measured you already" which usually shut them up

Cardboard coffins have been all the rage with Woodland Burials, for years. Bio-degradable too.

That's got me thinking about the do I went to on Saturday, at a place called the Premier Lounge.

Big sign on the front: " Book your Funeral Reception Here".

I can't see that getting much response unless there are plenty of suicides in the area.
