Death To Fatso - Culling the Human Population
I was going to start a thread the other day about the rights and wrongs of a mass culling of the human population. More positives than negatives I reckon.
Extermination camps is one idea or possible manipulation of the weather with advanced space technology to create devastating natural catastophes in an attempt to reduce the population by around 80-90%. Let's start with fatso then. From the BBC:
Obese blamed for the world's ills
Quote:
Obese people are contributing to the world food crisis and climate change, experts say.
The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine calculated the obese consume 18% more calories than average.
They are also responsible for using more fuel, which has an environmental impact and drives up food prices as transport and agriculture both use oil.
The result is that the poor struggle to afford food and greenhouse gas emissions rise, the Lancet reported. It comes as the World Health Organization predicts the obese population will double by 2015 to 700m.
In the UK, nearly a quarter of adults are classed obese, twice as many as there were in the 1980s.
The team found that obese people require 1,680 daily calories to sustain normal energy and another 1,280 to maintain daily activities - a fifth more than normal.
The higher consumption of food has a two-fold effect, researchers said.
First of all the increasing demand for food, drives up production.
This means that agricultural processes are using more oil to meet demand, which contributes to the rising cost of fuel.
The cost of fuel is then passed on in the cost of food, making it more difficult for poorer areas to afford it.
Prices
What is more, the researchers said obese people are likely to rely on transport more and put more strain on that transport because of their mass, which again drives up prices and usage.
But the researchers said there was a solution.
Phil Edwards, who co-authored the article, said: "Urban transport policies that promote walking and cycling would reduce food prices by reducing the global demand for oil and promotion of a normal weight.
And they added: "Decreased car use would reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
"Transport and food policy and the importance of sustainable transport must not be overlooked."
But Dr David Haslam, of the National Obesity Forum, said it was "stretching it a bit" to blame the obese in the way that the study appeared to do. "Really, it is discriminatory towards obese people. They are an easy target at the moment, but I think the causes of climate change and rising food prices is much more complex."

And what about all the extra cotton for their 'special' pants and things! And surely the added weight must be slowing the Earth's rotation which could explain some of the weird weather. Jesus Christ people. Wake up. We have to kill them. All of them.

War with China is inevetible now it seems:

One of the world's most prized culinary delicacies, the famous Perigord black truffle, could soon be off the menu. Scientists fear it will be wiped out by an invading Chinese truffle they have discovered growing in European soils.

They're pretty wee too, Komp. Would I be shocked to find 3 Chinese soldiers hidden inside one of these truffles? No. No I wouldn't.

It is quite funny. Like my extermination camps. Hilarious.
I think we should move towards a 'Logan's Run' society.

Too few humans! Are you having a laugh!? There's bloody thousands of them. Millions even. Too many and quite frankly they're messing up everything. If it's ok to kill badgers and rats etc when they become a problem, why not humans? Come on. All the more jaffa cakes for us.

Re: Death To Fatso - Culling the Human Population
Well, I'd be interested to hear his thoughts considering he's a little.... porky. "So George... concerned about world hunger you say? Your refusal to throw yourself on your sword proves you HAVE NO HONOUR. How many children must DIE to keep you in jaffa cakes!! Lard ass. Meeow like a cat you pig!!"

Re: Death To Fatso - Culling the Human Population
Truthfully, I trust no man who feels the need to be tanned all year round. I really don't. I've met plenty of folk like that and pretty much every single one of them has turned out to be a disgusting, shallow, egocentric sleaze ball. Blech. No offence intended to... I dunno... Des O'Connor.
And why is it so popular with Glaswegians and Scousers? I dunno that either.
