I was just thinking about the end of the world again...

what with us now just 4 years away from the end of the mayan calender, those pesky mesoamericans have only given us until the 21/12/2012, at which point time stops.

they actually drew maps of what nasa is only now starting to figure out about the proton belt, earth and the entire solar systerm enter it on 21/12/2012

the thing is, it shouldnt actually have any effect on us or the planet whatsoever, the sky might get 2% brighter but not much else should happen, unless my understanding of protons is out of date.

i cant think what i can do before the end of the world that takes 4 years. closer to the time theres loads i can do, not just now though. plus i have a very strong suspicion that the world will not end, itll just get a bit brighter

id rather we didnt all die, so lets ask the experts....

interesting stuff so far, not many predictions of doomsday, lots of promise though. the protons flying around space might be about to give our tiny brains the chance to
gain some kind of understanding of our existence, or any kind of comprehension of ourselves, id like some of that. i just hope my worst fears arent realised. i fear that the universe is being run by a super intelligent conscience with a filthy sense of humor, who only provides us with good and happy experiences just so they can laugh a little bit harder when they make it all go tits up. yeah theres something not right out there and i dont think theres anything we can do about it, every shitty thing thats ever happened to me has been set up so perfectly that it can only be the punchline to whats probably the oldest joke going. im sure im not alone in believing that.. anyway there is no way to get revenge, or get it up the universe itself, so moving on..
