Ive just bought a soundcard off my brother. A Soundblaster prody ex platinum (or similar) the beauty of it is it lets you plug guitars and keyboards straight into my computer and record them with some expensive software i'll go download

Right thats the hardware and sounddcard all set up. Just a shame ive only got a shitty mic but i'll sort that out. My brother wont lend me anything when im drinking so i'll just persevere with this one. wont matter anyhow as i sound shit whatever i sing it through. Be good fun once i get some software. right software....cubase it has to be....

man i still havent played a note yet still farting about getting software I'll get fruity loops and sony acid even though i aint used them i know that they will be instally gratious (??) I fancy a bit of Jungle 'Betting Motherfucker' there's track one. I don't knopw why i do these things as all they do is show me how shit i am at things. same with the guitar although i might get some more joy out the guitar than i will these mixing software thingies and my piano skills. No mic and no guitar is hindering me a bit but at least im moving in the right direction. I actually miss all this. I only ever sat in and played to myself before as people wouldnt like it when i played in their comapny. Now with the advent of the caring sharing internet i can play to you

I think ive got cubase in but truth be told now i want all the loops and rthyms of fruity loos and i know cubase is gonna be a bugger to learn. Take me 2 hours just to get a piano sound prob Still its all quite exciting for me. Maybe i have just been missing all this. Ive been dead on the net for too long. I need to make my own music. I dont actually and i dont write songs (although i tell women i do) Right lets move on...

I can't get these bloody things in. iso files and my alcohol120 is long expiired and theyre buggers for leaving themselves in your computer. Ive had to take the power cable out my dvd burner to power the fcuk off sound card (sounds great btw) i still havent played a note.

bloody rar files inside rar files wanting rar files to ciontinue. Bloody knightmare. Then i know from eperience that the programs are buggers to get the crack in (oooer) Anyone got any links? Ill go see nxsecure as they always had sony acid pro etc hanging about

I dont want to get the name of the song back in my head winrew so i wont look. Quick update on this ive taken the soundcard out and gave it back to my brother and he offered me another that doesnt need a power cable. I'll sort it in the next week no doubt. Drink free day today. i must stay off the drink. No drink. Nice things. cosy things. no drink. Drink would make me feel ok...no no drink. I bought some scissors to cut my beard off.
