Betting Spreadsheet

I might get some slack for this but here goes Right basically i want to make a spreadsheet where i can put each bet i do into it and basically have a monthly one which the end of the month will get also put into a yearly one. Basically im trying to find out where i lose money the most, if theres times during the day/leagues etc etc and what to cut out and this could be the best option. So basically again lol last on here what headings would i need in the spreadsheet?

I have: Event Date, Sport, League, Match, Selection, Stake, Odds, Result, P/L. I also have a comments section where I'll note if it was tipped by someone or if my team got 3 red card in the first minute ect, basically if the result doesnt tell the full story, or if I took the bet for a strange reason
