Ruling on a jockey challenge ?

Quick question for anyone who might know ?

I placed a bet today on the jockey challenge at Coral. Match bet between Spencer and Moore @ Haydock, 5/4 Moore, 9/4 draw, 3/1 Spencer.

I fancied Moore to take the 1st on Zuider Zee, and Spencer to take the 2nd on Show Boat, so I backed the draw at 9/4.

Zuider Zee didnt win, but Spencer won that race to go 1-0 up, then as I expected he won the 2nd to go 2-0 up. Its still 2-0 and all over.

My question is should the bet be voided?> I believe if Zuider Zee had run, he`d have won, so that would make it 1-1 now, not 2-0, and even though thats not provable obviously, it is a very fair point imvho. So should we get our stakes back ?

BTW Moore has the last 2 favourites so I can still get the draw btw - id glady take the void now, and would have before the 1st race if id known
