Lottery advice - Should I?

Hi everyone, hope I'm posting this question in the right section. I'm thinking about betting my weeks wages on the Euromillions draw this week, does anyone have any advice -I know i'm probably mad but hey, even one of the smaller prizes would set me up for life! I've been doing some research on it on the results page at the euro-millions website and honestly, I can't believe how much the jackpot is going up!! Has anyone tried anything like this before - I read a story on the bbc about a town that had tried it with the Superenalotto but can't find out how much they won

Have you checked the odds? Even winning twelve quid on the Euromillions comes in at a 1 in 367 chance.

Now if you have to ask whether putting an entire week's wages on a bet with odds of over 76 MILLION TO 1 to win the Jackpot is a good idea, you're either one of the greatest trolls in internet history, or you have the IQ of a fencepost and you can cut the middleman and give your money straight to me. I'll even say thank you and let you have a go on the PS3 I bought with it. But not for too long; I don't want you dribbling all over the controllers and getting them all gummy.

lol, I had a feeling that this might be the response but hey - someone's gotta win - right? having second thoughts now though, maybe just spend £10 or something and try upping my spend on the bingo sites.

hmmm, been thinking..... why do so many people do the lottery when the prizes roll over? from what savagehenry says then surely the odds of winning a big prize must go down if more people buy tickets. my Dad goes crazy when it's roll over week, maybe he should spend the money on some other kind of online gambling rather than the Eurmillions - at least it would get him away from the telly on a saturday night!

Its like watching a stage act where the artist is one person down one side and another down the other, in this case split three ways.

I'd bang the fcuking lot on lisa and remortgage the house too, I just wish there was a site out there that would work my chances of winning if i did that.
