Im not sure if this is irregular for betfair,but might be an idea to get yourselves another exchange account,might do that myself.

I'm pretty annoyed also, decided to have an afternoon on the horses, and the damn thing isn't working... In fact saved me a bit of money on the Newcastle races

You may find them cheating, but it would be better to ask them about it if any unusual things happen. This way, they will be able to check your account and assess what really happened.
