yeah, tried burning at 1x, no joy....was going to try burning previous games again but deleted them as they were using loads of hard drive.

I use imgburn already, it's excellent....can't really understand it.

Sorry guys, forgot to follow up my post.

Yeah, got it sorted...changed from Riteks to Verbs and it solved the problem. Odd as the old ones burnt on Riteks still work.

Multi Region Wii

Introducing the Wii FreeLoader

Quote:
Ever got the grumps because a game you want has been released in another territory way before you can get your mitts on it?

Well - that all ends now with the release of the completely unofficial but very exciting Wii FreeLoader.

This disc lets you play any region of Wii or GameCube game on your Nintendo Wii, which means you'll never have to wait again.

All you have to do is load up the FreeLoader disc, when the drive stops, eject it and insert the game, which then loads and plays just like it would on its own region of Wii.

Easy eh.

As well as letting you play Wii games from all regions, Wii FreeLoader also works with imported GameCube games when played on your Wii.

It won’t work in a GameCube console, though – for that, you need FreeLoader for GameCube, which is also available now.

FreeLoader doesn't need any modifications to your console, and it doesn't invalidate the warranty.

And it's just under $20.

Where's the downside?

Re: wii games ( att of slick , the master)

Its not worth the risk of trying any imports on a wii as plenty have been bricked in the past using various games mainly 'paper mario' when it was released, best to stick with Pal games or check with gbatemp for compatabilty first.

any copied gamecube games work on a chipped wii mind without any hassle and for anybody who hasent played Resident evil 4 yet then its worth getting the gamecube version for the wii and playing it with a proper gamecube control pad as its one of the best games ever.
