Re: Bet365 Member Christmas Bonus
you have roll-over £120 to get the bloody tenner. thats shit. yes i was conned. Ive got money in there and i still put a tenner in. So if i win £10 with my £10 that gives me £20 to put on. when i put that £20 on does it mean that ive rolled over £30? Say that comes in and ive got £40 and i put that on. Have i now rolled over £70

Re: Bet365 Member Christmas Bonus
This is an absolute shocker from bet365,I received this email and when I didnt use the offer,I was sent a letter to remind me or even prompt me again to take up their underhanded offer.
The trap is here "Your bonus will be added to your BONUS balance". Your BONUS balance is were you have to achieve under the regulations that bonus before any cash is released to your CASH account, for you to withdraw or bet. The second paragraph of the email and letter is this "SETTING THE TRAP" Simply make a deposit of £10 or more and you will receive a 100% Deposit Bonus up to a maximum of £50. Ok the mistake is with the punter that took up this offer, but that still doesnt take away the fact the there was clearly no mention of a "ROLLOVER BONUS" Nice play bet365,you must be proud of that one Their still at it Thank you for claiming your Deposit Bonus with bet365. To bet with your bonus, simply play through the amount of your deposit once on the sports and markets of your choice. Don't forget you will need to rollover your deposit and bonus 6 times prior to making a withdrawal. We will contact you again when you have met the rollover requirement. I cant play the sports markets of my choice as they have restrictions in place, here they are below 1. To bet with your bonus, play through the amount of your deposit on the sports and markets of your choice. You will need to rollover your deposit and bonus 6 times prior to making a withdrawal. 2. You must make your deposit before 23:59:59 on 4th January 2009. 3. You must claim the bonus and complete all rollover requirements within 90 days. Where the bonus is not completed within 90 days, any funds held in the bonus balance will be forfeited. 4. Bets placed on asian handicap, goal line and Baseball money line markets, both pre-game and In-Play do not count towards any rollover requirement. 5. Any bets placed containing selections of less than 1/2 (1.5) will not count towards any rollover requirement. Last edited by FC Basher : 27-12-2008 at 09:54. |

Re: Bet365 Member Christmas Bonus
I sent them an email, underlining I felt conned
Heres the reply Thank you for your email. With regard to your query, I am sorry that you feel disappointed by terms and conditions of the Christmas Bonus Offer. In relation to the offer, I can confirm that you will need to play through your deposit and bonus six times prior to making a withdrawal. Only bets placed after you have entered your offer code will qualify towards your rollover requirements. After you have played through your deposit and bonus amount 6 times, your bonus will be transferred to your withdrawable balance. There you have it ![]() |

Re: Bet365 Member Christmas Bonus
Only just seen this thread (spammers posting random crap to boost their post counts does occasionally come in handy, as it bumps old threads I'd missed back to the top
), but that can't be right, surely, Basher. I took the same offer, deposited 30€ and had to roll over 360€, but there was no way it had to be by Jan 4th. Can't remember exactly, but pretty sure I had 3 months. Didn't think it was particularly underhand the way they did it either, I remember that the only reason I decided to stick to 30€ rather than going for the maximum 50 was because I didn't much fancy trying to roll over 600€, so I guess it must've been pretty clear in the T&C at the time.In fact, the only thing I can remember that did annoy me about the offer was that certain markets didn't count towards it - asian handicaps definitely didn't, and there was something else too, although can't remember what now. I dare say that was in the T&C somewhere too, although I never spotted that bit until after I'd taken the offer. |
