Well it's mainly bwin that do the head to heads. They are not offering multiples as far as I am aware.

The only bookmaker offering doubles, trebles and accumilators is betfred and that is limited to one market per stake. So to qualify, not to qualify, top 4, top 10 etc.

I couldn't find it anyway, but managed to locate a link to it via Oddschecker so now I've bet France @15.00 and UK @3.00. Can't see how I could possibly miss out
