edit: her operatic bit sounds like Malta's ending note in semi 1 which I think went some way to killing that one off. And.... she sounds like last year's Sweden. And just listen to the kind of person who is singing along to this at the end. Go yourself, spazzo boy!

At similar prices I would make Ireland the one to oppose out of the two, although I think both will make it(I take it watching Eurovision without a bet and just cheering on Sweden is out of the question Mick? Maybe just get drunk instead?)

I'm not a big fan of Romania but in a semi that is chocca with slow ballads then Romania stands out a mile, and the uptempo songs went down well in semi 1(admittedly against far weaker ballads than this.

Errrrrm so yeah, at nearly 3/1 to miss out my money would be on Ireland(but it wont be , too much stress on getting my big final punts through).

Just cheering on Sweden is definitely NOT enough Beanie - my god man. Can you imagine sitting through a semi without a bet on? Can you? Be honest. I do intend to be drunk too which makes it all the more important.

I was away to say though, I don't like to go against such a popular choice so Ireland does look the more likely candidate for me. And I at least agree about the boost the upbeat songs are getting (even though I find this song soul destroying). Didn't everyone disagree with me on that the other day?

I have read that the composer was Norvegian, that's why. The ballads from Scandinavia are pretty the same. Anyway, this is a plus for me and Gavin, they sing in Norway and that Ovi is living there even he is Romanian...

80% of Eurovision songs are boring. I said it before and I got my confirmation that this is a very good song...I'm sure many will be speechless if this wins, not me.

don't bet with the ego thinking at the country's name, if you know something about beats and what big part of people want to hear, this is a good song above average.
