Ah. Another ethnic drums and pipes and fiddly thing. Always feels like they're recycling the same tune over and over though. I prefer the Slovakian (I think) one. And his voice is..... just a human voice. A man's voice which sounds like the voice of many other men's voices. I'm not sure he's even really singing. Seems weird, Greece going with an older fella too.

I dunno about this to be honest. S'ok in an ok sort of way. I suppose. I've forgotten how it goes now. *click* Oh yeah. It's giving me a headache. Very little quality here on 2nd listen. Big drums. Lots of drums and fiddly stuff. And drums. With lots of drums. And a man's voice.

edit: it's like someone's dad has got up to sing at a wedding now I watch it again. Or George Galloway.

Well.. this is shit, can't stand listen to this. As usually they will get a massive support but I think they will miss out of top 10 this year. Favourite to win semi 1 can't be correct even if it's not one good entry in the first semi. Many of Greece friends will not be voting in first semi: Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Armenia & UK. Albania and Germany will vote in the first semi and will give them a bunch of points.

Have to ask before i'm doing something stupid, am I the only one that can't stand the Greece entry this year?

Agreed - I dont think I've ever seen a greek entry with such little fuss about it - usually the net is awash with fervent greek support, but for this, very little. Very lowly in the polls too...a lay off a top 10 looks interesting.

Only 1.6 with Bwin not to get in top 10. I must say I'm pretty underwhelmed with Greece and Turkey this year. But at least Hadice is still confident about Turkish prospects.

Migraine inducing with those lights and.... those fucking incessant drums. Yeah, this is pretty horrid isn't it? He doesn't even look particularly pleased to be performing. It's all just too messy and noisy with a man's voice shouting occasionally. It's still drunk dad at wedding for me.

He sounds pretty poor there. I definitely agree Slovakia wee-wees over this ON PAPER. It's one of the few upbeat entries I can recall this year mind which may give it an extra boost.

I'm actually quite surprised they haven't used a secret singer. That's a traditional Greek tactic and with only 5 on stage, they could've chucked one in.

OMG, I can't even explain how much I hate this. Vc don't want my action, otherwise I would have bet as heavy as possible on slovakia to beat greece.

Just need to correct those odds @ VC. It's not for the final, it's for the Semi only.

What is it in particular you dislike, Ake? I'm finding the drums just tooo overpowering for a start. And it's all a bit too shouty. And the fella, I know I say this every year, seems to have been pulled in randomly off the street.

I can't pin point it, but I think the whole song is just a mess and it feels like a 3 minute long whine. Please give me back Kalomira, I think she would have the power to make me turn off my ears, focus with my eyes and save Greece this year.
