Dustin has been all over the place, & most notably Spain where he was on TV with the Spanish entry (about as sane as Dustin).
Everyone is aware of his existence & although he may not win he is def. drumming up publicity for the event in places that usually don't even watch it. Don't forget the huge eastern european community in Ireland who will have some influence on the folks "back home".

Rumour has it that the "eurovision jury" are torn between him taking the piss & the the news coverage he generates.
