Thing that scares me is what kind of refferee we'll see from uefa

The ref is Greek mate and that is not good news for betting. Greek refs can destroy a game and results may be unpredictable. Having said that, Vassaras is probably the best Greek ref, uefa seems to trust him and he has quite a lot european games under his belt.

Despite ManU absences I am following Kiko and others on the homewin and overs.

as much as I can remember there were same absentees against Roma, part from Rio, right? and what they did to them, it is a crime, should be disqualified from CL.

Manchester to win by more than 2 goals @ 10,0

call me crazy, I will forgive you, because I am! but I believe that Mutd will try to win with as much goal difference as possible, cause second game is in Italy, and they will try to go there for picnic away in CL Mutd is not that good as they are at home, so this is their chance, I had similar feeling before Roma game, but didn't take it

will take win with more than one goal, that is only @ 5,20, only??

hasn't the look of this forum gone weird, I think you could do worse than get on a milan forward in the anytime goalscorer market.

Ronaldo & Rooney showing signs of burnout!?

where did you get this stuff? you could've written this before the Bayern game an d look at the result..

not saying that Man U cant win this but remember that Milan will play 5 midfield as opposed to Roma's 3.. Man U will find it hard to repeat that result..

Re: Champions League 24-25th April

this one is easy folks, at least to me, as i figure when u get to this stage, each team are capable of beating the other.. why keep talking 'bout man u's attacking prowess when they couldn't even beat boro the other day..u know stuff like that...

there are 3 english teams in the semis.. and when one of them go against the non-english team.. especially one like ac milan.. i'd side with the non-english any time.. and that ain't nothing to do with the lack of key personnel in man u's department of defence.

milan + 1/2 @ 1.81

I see ManU today having big problems against Kaka....to many defenders out, this match could produce some goals in the end....

Re: Champions League 24-25th April

take ManU in a triple...

They showed great football on the international stage versus Roma. Roma is also an italian team with the likewise attributes.
Italian teams and especially Milan built the match up from defense.

Dida(34 years old) - Maldini (age:39) - Nesta(31 years of age) - Oddo (31 years of age) ...

The defense of Milan have great names but it´s also the oldest defense in europe.

They face Rooney (22) - Smith (26) - Ronaldo (22).Maybe the young wilds from Manchester will be too fast for the grandpa-defense of Milan...

And Kaka is one of the best midfielder - no question but do he like the english kind of play football?
Chelsea do the same with Ronaldinho - they follow him all over the court, annoy him,let him not make the play he like. ...

I look forward that Scoles,Heinze and the ManU defense line will annoy him much and he don´t feel like it ..

Re: Champions League 24-25th April

I will go for the OVER 3.5 Goals @ 4.10

ManU got a defensiv crisis with Ferdinand,Silvestre,Vidic,Neville all out
and for me this will cause a lot of trouble to the new formed back four
and they will meet the Speed of Kaka and the cleverness of Gillardino
and in my opinion Milan will score at least one Goal mybe out of a corner or a freekick
but they will.On the other hand the offensive power from the Red Devils will cause also
much trouble to the Italian Side cause with all honour this Defence IS bad.Maldini is to slow
also is Jankulovski on the left and with Cristiano Ronaldo coming up to him he will get many problems.
The Goalkeeper for tonight will even it's Dida or Kalac be not the best.Dida caused some Goals against
in the Season and wasn't the Keeper a good Clubs needs.Kalac is a giant but only in view of his height but nothing else.

So I think ManU will play very fast and with much pressing i can't belive Milan will even get draw at Old Trafford i belive more that ManU could trash them 3-1 or 4-1

What would you call 1 win from 4 on the road against the top 4 in the League? ffice:smarttags" />Milan have been decidedly average on the road in Seria A this season compared to the last few seasons. They won 10 last season and only 6 to date this year with 3 left to play including one against Fiorentina which I can't see them winning. Too many drawn games especially against the other title contenders.

Burnout might be too strong a word to use with Ronaldo but he looked tired in his last few games to me. Winning the PFA titles is sure to give him a boost tonight and I’m expecting a storming performance. Rooney has been very inconsistent this season for me. Moments of magic but not week in and week out.

you could've written this before the Bayern game an d look at the result..

Not sure what you mean here. I presume you mean Roma. Great result but a small bit of a freak result in terms of the score.

I think it’s a poor game for betting on to be honest. There’s far too many unknowns. I’m punting small stakes United but with Fletcher at right back and Brown in the heart of defence I’d be surprised if Milan don’t nick one. I’m hoping that the two Rs can outpace and outshoot the Italians.

I thought Milan were really quite a poor looking side against what is a god awful Celtic team. That alone would maybe tempt me to back Utd this evening.

Re: Champions League 24-25th April

If you are in the semis of the C.L. you've got to be a decent side , but I think Man U are much better than Milan. United have lost defenders and Van de Sarr does not inspire confidence , but I think the attacking force of Man U should prove to be too much for the ageing Italians.Milan do have a scoring threat but cannot get myself to bet overs . I have gone with Man U @2.2 with mansions

better leave it one alone tonight like Wittmann said.. too late but ide go for under 2.5 if i werent heart broken

Re: Champions League 24-25th April

I've a feeling for the overs here. Rooney and Ronaldo against an ageing defence that has class but maybe not enough pace to live with them and Man U's back line might be found lacking a little in the centre.

I've taken to sticking a couple of quid on the silly goals 5+ & 7+ as well when i do overs these days, when it works it works very nicely and you can always trade after a goal or so if it's an option. Worked quite nicely against Roma (special shout out to the missus who distracted me when i was about to lay off and allowed the 6th goal to go in )
