Re: 21st May: Champions League Final, Man U v Chelski

Absoultely nothing between these two and if Drogba's playing then I'm on Chelsea as they can live without Terry, this will probably be won by the odd goal and truth be told UTD have'nt been playing all that well lately allthough winning the prem whilst Chelsea have been pretty much the form team in the Prem.

Ronaldo is Uniteds main man but has a habit of gioing missing in these big games like he did against Barcelona , Rooney will always be a threat but when it comes to scoring Important goals Drogba never flinches and could prove the difference here.

Will be a great game to watch as was the last match between the two a fornight ago but I have a sneaky feeling Chelsea will nick this as at the moment they do look a better organised outfit.

I was going to say this looks another candidate for the '1st goal after 29th min' but it seems bet365 aren't offering it. I eventually see Stan James have it though @ evs - it's a possibility.

I'll go with that Mickey as for the first half hr or so both sides will be feeling each other out and looking to counter which will be hard with nobody pushing forward, well UTD will but will find a wall in front of them.

Drogba to be the difference maker for me like he was against Liverpool. Superb when hes at his best and uncontainable. Vidic's recent slagging of him will only enhance his game furthermore just like rafa's slander backfired against him in the semi. Going to have small plays on drogba 1st goal, 1-0 chelsea and 0-0. Possibly under 2.5 goals.

I also think this will be a close game , but I'm on Man U as that Ferguson experience will be a factor compared to Grant's inexperienced.
I believe that at this level the influence of the manager can be the difference.
I've taken Man U @ 2.64 with betfair

I do like that first goal after 29 min bet mickey

Not sure how this game will go.

Just hope it's a cracker whichever way it goes.Looking for entertainment!

Pitch is meant to be causing concern so if both teams play a cagey game or in case it's a howler I've 2pts on no goalscorer @ 6/1.

Cinny, take no goalscorer as if an og scored you still get paid!

Expekt's offer:

Time of first goal

odds
1st to 30th minute 2.15
31st minute or later 2.05
No goals 6.00

It's pretty annoying when you have a bet for 1st goal after 30th minute and the game ends 0:0.
Quite probable outcome for me, also.

Falling odds between Man U -Chelsea only 0.7% for X. I´m with Man U , remember Man U- Bayern ( 16.min Basler 0:1, 89 min 1:1, 92 min 2:1 Man U!) ...(God) - Good Luck!

I don't usually "fall" for offers , but this one from paddy power is very tempting considering Ronaldo's scoring record and with him being the penalty taker

Re: 21st May: Champions League Final, Man U v Chelski

I'm going to chance 1st goal after 30th minute @ 2.10 bet365

Something bizarre and wacky like an early goal is of course possible but a tight, cagy first half hour is more likely I think. The 0-0 is also possible but.... I'll stick with that. Very little appealing to me in this game.

Bah. I'll also try the corners handicap. Man Utd -1 @ 2.15 bet365

Good luck and may the best team win with a goal after the 30th minute.
