UEFA Cup
Soccer - FC Zenit/Villareal - total Over 2 (-141)
for the regulation time held on Feb 13 at 12:00pm [pending]

O2 in this one seems like a gift. Russians haven't played at all in a while but they are an attacking side and Villareal is, too. The field will be in poor shape (32 degrees and possible light snow) but I can't see a defensive struggle here when away goals count for so much in this competition.

PSV against helsinborg is a banker

Aek Athens v Getafe

i am sorry enginear, i am against you, getafe is one of the teams i like in spain, aek plays really bad lately X2

Marseiile home win, coz russians are crappy away, i watched the very important game israel v russia, and truly russians were a misery team, next week they " managed" to win andorres! by 1-0 and finally qualified

marseille hot team at the moment , so @1.90 looks great

Rangers v Pao this X2 ( DRAW OR AWAY) simply i never trust rangers, pao is playing better away, see you

good luck

Re: UEFA Cup: 13th & 14th Feb

Very quiet in here I need some info guys on paper the aways all look good bar the Benfica match, the key for me is working out which teams will invariably settle for a draw and finishing the tie at home.
Bayen should win at Aberdeen both teams have injuries but Bayern are a class above. At those odds now though unless in an acca not interested.
Hamburg away against Zurich whos form is dire recently are on my list along with Fiorentina at Rosenborg. My only concern with Fiorentina is that Italian sides away from home like to shut up shop so could easily finish as a draw.
Opposing Bolton at home worries me also although the odds on Ath Madrid look good.
A freezing night in Bolton is not quite the ideal for the Spaniards I feel and i can maybe see a draw or even a good old 1-0 home win.
Spurs away at Slavia Prague to me looks like a straight away win as long as Bent doesnt start, he shouldnt though as Spurs have no FA Cup fixture upcoming so with Keane and Berbabtov up front the away win looks good.
Benfica v Nurnberg on paper again home win but not at those prices as Nurnberg's form recently is nopt bad.
To summarise Spurs away for me and maybe Hamburg, what you think fella's ??

Re: UEFA Cup: 13th & 14th Feb

Milner says that aberdeen is missing six regulars today..

but my question, whats the difference in quality between players in such teams? noyhing imo, its a squad of 24 equally average players, all of them would be regulars or vice versa

bayern is very bad guys, costed me tons of money, i decided to bet against them today

reasons: 1. whole planet considering this match as banker away win, this is scares me, a draw 0-0, or 1-1, should satisfy the germans

2. scots, are not a massive power in european soccer, however, i expect them to fight like hell tonight, in every single inche of the field to prove something, but i am afraid they can not win over bavarians, except if they score at 90th minute

my pick is Draw

second pick is : under 2.5 goals

good luck

UEFA Cup
Soccer - Rosenborg/Fiorentina - total Over 2½ (+123)
for the regulation time held on Feb 14 at 2:45pm [pending]

It's the highest priced overs available, always a good sign. Secondly, Fiorentina concedes in almost every game, seven of last eight on away and eight of last nine at home. Rosenborg have shown they'll go after their opponents, rusty or not, and can concede with the best of them. There is always the chance in this competition that either team will score and then sit on the ball, but Rosenborg simply must get a result here if they want to survive the two-legged monster, so there's the potential for either team to get two in a close-fought match.

Cheers

Nürnberg was totally out of form lately, and changed coach at monday. German coaching legend Mayer repleced by dutch van hesen. He did great in Bielefeld last year and I think he understands football game well. He also in Nürnberg have great potential and have something to prove. I am going to take my chances with Nürnberg double tonight against benfica at 6,00 and Saturday in Bremen at 7,50 for small stakes. It makes 45 double.

Great result for Aberdeen tonight and robbed of a victory too.

How can the ref give a penalty like that to Bayern when he didn't give one in the exact same circumstances in the first half to the Dons

Re: UEFA Cup: 13th & 14th Feb

Bayern shit all over a lot of folks tonight id say, the state of some of their performances were terrible, fair play to the dons but at the end of the day bayern didnt want to win, the state of Lucio a world cup winner getting skinned by an english u19 player was laughable but hey thats football
