Re: UEFA Cup - second leg- August 2nd

The odds are there !

expekt gives 2.0 for away win of GKS Belchatow

First game was quite dull, Gks won 2:0 at home, and i wrote that i will go against polish teams, but not in this case. Belchatow was very avarge in 1st leg, but even they were, still Ameri looked pathetic - theyve just was too small, little ... Belchatow had completely no problem with them, their players was like twice time smaller than Belchatows ones, and to be honest, they simply wasn able to do anything. No match imo, and even though they dont need to win, ive backed them at those juicy odds (remember that Groclin was @ 1.4 away to MTK Araz ...).

ps. 17:00 "W" hour coming up, pay respect to those who fought in not equal battle of Warsaw Uprising 63 years ago ...

Re: UEFA Cup - second leg- August 2nd

Litex - Sliema

According to maltafootball.com - Maltese Soccer Web Site will miss some players for the game against Litex - injured Bajada and Muscat plus Akandji and Madzar. Madzar have some visa problems.
Litex trainer Spasov want the team to play atractive football for the fans.
The fans aways was a big problem for Litex - the team is from small town and even the stadium with capacity 7-8 000 is sold out very, very rarely.
So this will be the first home game for the new season and trainer and players want to make a good show for their fans and to bring them back on the stadium.
I'm almost sure that Litex will win with at least 3 goals. Hope they will have enough concentration and will not miss chance after chance.
Sliema is too weak to make problems.
No Goal is another good option, cause I don't see Sliema to score, but Globet odds will be too low.

Re: UEFA Cup - second leg- August 2nd

Hibernian (MLT) vs Vojvodina (SRB)

First leg 5-1 for team from Novi Sad; simply cat & mouse play. Vojvodina looked too strong from Maltese side who had many missings for that match. Reading some news from Malta seems that Hibernian will have simular probs ahead today match, and guess thats reason for dropping on Vojvodina. On the other hand, Vojvodina travelled to Malta in full squad. STR Despotovic, who scored 3 goals in first leg had some porbs but latest news says that he will be in starting line up.

Besa (ALB) vs Bezanija (SRB)

First leg 2-2 in Belgrade. Bezanija was better side, created mayn good chances but only converted two. On the other hand, Albanian side showed that they could be dangerous from counter attacks and equalised in dying minutes. Anyway, all in all lookin in first leg, Bezanija is better side no doubt.
Still Bezanija lost some regulars from last season and instead of them brought some talented youngsters but for sure they are weaker then last season.

Reading reports from Albania, Besa president is wealthy person and announces rewards for possible qualification in next round. Besa is from small town Kavaja who is just 50 km far from Tirana, where match will be played so for sure Besa will have home support. Comapring with first leg, Besa should be stronger for Lila, ALB NT player who signed contract ( ex Iraklis player)

Also curent political situation well known, so for sure hard times expect Bezanija in today match. Odds moved from DNB-> -1/4 in Besa favour.

Partizan (SRB) vs Zrinjski (BiH)

Partizan demolished Zrinjski in first leg 6-1 but cause of their fans (or better to say houligans) interuped match twice, UEFA firstly decided to kick out Partizan but after Partizan appeal UEFA corected their first decision so match will take place tonight, and UEFA will giev final decision next week.

Lookin from sport view, we should see simular scenario as in first leg. After positive news from UEFA headquarter, everyone in Partizan are positive and want to repeat performance from Mostar. Coach Djukic has some doubts but lookin in latest only change comapring with first leg will be Rnic instead of Sikimic.

Totaly different situation in Zrinjski kamp. They are suprised with last infos from Uefa so they are far from ready for match vs Partizan. They were preparing for opening match in BiH league this weekend after they received info that they must play second leg in Belgrade. They were humiliated in first leg so they are afraid of one more debacle in match vs Partizan. Lookin in news Sliskovic, Zrinjski coach can not count on several players - Zizovic, Ivica & Damir Dzidic, Djuric and Ivankovic.

Asia is afraid of slept this Uefa decision, so this match is not in offer curently. If anyone have hc on this one I am pretty confident that Partizan will trash Zrinjski once again.

litex fans never fill this stadium. no more than 3 000 today. But litex will win anyway. I expect 5-0

Re: UEFA Cup - second leg- August 2nd

I'm on FC Alma-Ata at home to Zlate Moravce.

Alma have been a decent enough home team for the last few seasons, whilst the other Kazakh teams that have qualified for European competition this year have done quite well so far.

Zlate qualified for Europe having won the Slovakian Cup last season, despite only starting the season in the I Liga (2nd division). They've been beaten comprehensively in both away league games so far and will be missing two important defenders and a midfielder - according to another forum.

FC Alma-Ata @ 1.88 - 2 points

Zlate won 3-1 in the first leg rockin ..

What do you say about an under 2.5 goals? Zlate don´t need to push the offense and Alma knows that they can´t catch up Zlate...

Re: UEFA Cup - second leg- August 2nd

Not too sure rene, could be that Zlate will set themsleves up defensively looking not to get beat by 2 goals rather than go out and win the match.

edit: just noticed it's already kicked off, got my times mixed up!

Re: UEFA Cup - second leg- August 2nd

Greek didn't post lines while I was still at home, bastards, and now I've arrived at my business trip destination. Anyway, the dogs have consistently done well, let's see if they continue now that my money's on them.

Soccer - Etzella - spread +1 (+103)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 11:30am [pending]

Soccer - Santa Coloma - spread +2˝ (+102)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 11:30am [pending]

Soccer - Carmarthen - spread +3˝ (+104)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 12:00pm [pending]

Soccer - St Particks - spread +1 (+107)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 12:00pm [pending]

Soccer - Flora - spread +1˝ (-101)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 12:00pm [pending]

Soccer - Sliema - spread +3 (+100)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 12:30pm [pending]

Soccer - Banants - spread +2 (+108)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 12:30pm [pending]

Soccer - Nistru Otaci - spread +1 (+106)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 1:30pm [pending]

Soccer - MKT Araz - spread +1˝ (+102)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 1:45pm [pending]

These are all the dogs left on the board of +1 goals or more, and only those games of even money or better. Yesterday in CL they went 2-0; the day before 1-2-1; two weeks ago in the first leg of the UEFA Cup they went 6-2 and both losses were injury-time losses.

Eight of these teams are on the road; Etzella is at home. The ones that make me most nervous are games like San Coloma; they gutted out a completely shocking 1-0 win at home against Tel Aviv in the first leg, and should get trounced here today...got to hope they can just lose 2-0. Carmarthen a 3.5 goal dog, but perhaps Brann will play entirely second-string players.

Wish me luck...I may need it!

Re: UEFA Cup - second leg- August 2nd

Adding, because I live for overs:

Soccer - Neftchi/Ried - total Over 2˝ (-102)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 11:00am [pending]

Soccer - Midtjylland/Keflavik - total Over 3 (-133)
for the regulation time held on Aug 2 at 12:00pm [pending]

Looks like it was good I got the Neftchi/Reid one right at the wire; Neftchi have just gone up 2-0 early...as for Midtjylland, they can advance with a 1-0 win, but when ws the last time they kept a clean sheet? If Keflavik scores 1, they must score 2...and so on. I see no reason why this should be any different than last leg, a 3-2 Keflavik win.
