Most of them. They're trying to draft in Bernard Mathews in goal.

Re: 20th June: Croatia v Turkey
Got lost on the way to the rugby threads but now that I'm here maybe you guys can answer a question.
Only saw bits of the game, mainly the last 20mins, fell asleep for the rest but never mind, here's the Q! After the Croat goal they (the Croats) were caught offside. Their coach/manager called for a substitution. In rugby the game would have stopped and / or if play had continued it would have been called back (if a fault/foul has been commited & the ref missed it, a touch judge or the 4th official can bring it to his attention, if the 'ref feels its justified they go back to the fault/foul, even if that means cancelling a score) . That did not happen and the Turks scored. Is that the just "tough shit" or were the rules infringed? I may add I have absolutely no money on this game, just simple curiosity for another event/sport?. Cheers .

Didn't see it but to answer your question mate, there is nothing to say the referee has to stop the play for an offside. As with any other infringement, if the team who would win the free kick have the ball and are not disadvantaged by the situation, he can play on.
Likewise, substitutions will take place WHEN THE REFEREE FUCKIN FEELS LIKE IT . The manager can stand and wave his hands all he likes and the fourth official can signal the referee who, when and only when, there is a break in play, will allow the players to change places.
