Captain M. Zurawski was playing crap once again so he's out, he was subbed by Roger during the first game and Poland played much better, it's not a loss. J. Blaszczykowski is a great player but can't play ( reasons not clear ) and is replaced by L. Piszczek - talented player, played second half in last game, was good. Poland should win this game on paper but it's no bet for me as I'm so used to disappointments in big tournaments that I lost my faith in them. In last WC we lost to Germany 0-1 and then lost to Ecuador! - c'mon they're not world beaters and they only play in mountains . In WC Korea - Japan we lost to Korea 0-2! and they learned to play football when they realized they will be hosting WC!![]() ...so no bet komp! |

Re: 12th June: Austria v Poland
watched both games and had austria in mind for this one, dont think theyll get as unlucky as they were v croatia, looking at those odds id expect to get a decent handicap offer in favor of the austrailians which may well be the call.

Re: 12th June: Austria v Poland
Seems that everybody is impressed by Austria's play against Croatio, but the reason I think was an early goal; Croations dominated at the start found the nets; and tried to keep it; Yep they were lucky to keep it; but showed also that anytime they has some possesion Austria has hard times in its half..
Tough I agree odds above 3.20 has still value, I won't stick my nose here...No bet.. |

Re: 12th June: Austria v Poland
Austria will not win this. Agrew ith El Nihil, Croatia took their foot off the pedal once they took lead which is ridculous i know. Poland or a draw for this. Go for value

Re: 12th June: Austria v Poland
poland for me. austria are an awful side with little or no class. the home crowd will not affect the poles and i think they'll win by 2 clear goals.

Re: 12th June: Austria v Poland
Aye youve got me thinking here Dude. Austria have never been world beaters. Even when they were ok they where never good. Home advantage is all they have. Man i wish i knew more about Poland. Didnt they have a good qualifying campaign? Whats making Poland appear so bad now? Poland have always had a steady enough team in these sort of tournies. At the mo i want to back Poland just so as i can shout them on. Lets think this ends a draw and germany beat croatia. Last game if Austria beat germany like in that fixed world cup game and Poland get something at Croatia...bah im living in a land of fantasy here. Maybe it should just be NO BET for me. I will wait and see

Re: 12th June: Austria v Poland
taken a couple of interest bets only
1 Under 10 Corners @ 10/11 2 Under 4.5 Cards @ 4/6 Only British interest in the tournie ih the referee today www.soccerbase.com - The Internet Soccer Database Hopefully there wont be much to get him annoyed. He'll be looking at playing a good game himself. Try to get a knockout game later. Need to be firm but freeflowing |

Re: 12th June: Austria v Poland
I've had a small just for interest bet on Austria. My reason is mainly based on how poor the Polish defence were against Germany, they were wide open.

Re: 12th June: Austria v Poland
I fancy Poland here myself.
Think Austria only looked better against Croatia due to the ease of which the game went the first 25 mins and with Croatia getting early goal they played within themselves and got complacent for the remainder of the game. Poland did quite well against the Germans and i dont think you could have begrudged them a draw. I see more of a goal threat coming from the Poles than the Austrians and think man for man they are the better side. Zurawski on the bench would be a blessing for the Poles as he was terrible and they were a far better side once he went out. |
