Euro 2008 Penalty Takers/Top Goalscorer

I am looking for people to help me out here on who will be the designated penalty kick takers for each nation.

Reason is i believe it can mean you can find some very good value in some players for top goalscorer.

Ballack for example available @ 50s to end top goalscorer. Germanys penatly taker and has a great scoring record for his country so i see this as a decent punt.

So if anyone knows list them and i shall re edit the list below.

yes he is one of the free kick specialists, you can count on Petric and Rakitic there as well.
