Re: Indian Premier League 2008

need some help here, as I'm totally unfamiliar with cricket betting. Assuming I want to bet on a particular team to win the match, what event(as in betting item) should I be looking out for? Twenty20, to win the toss, most match sixes or highest opening partnership?

Re: Indian Premier League 2008

To give Bet365 as an example, Vacheron, you want "To win the match". Twenty20 is the format of the games (20 over per side), "the toss" is the toss of the coin to decide who bats/bowls first, most sixes is what it says, the team which hits most 6s in the match, and the highest opening partnership is which team scores the most runs before they lose their first wicket.

geez...that sounds really complicated, so the four event i've listed are not for whichever team to win the match right? will give it a swerve i guess lol...

Re: Indian Premier League 2008

The last 3 certainly aren't for a team to win the match. Are you saying you've got a market called "Twenty20"? If you have, and the markets you have listed are the only ones you have, then I guess the "Twenty20" market must be the one for a team to win the match, but it seems a bit of a strange title to me.

Re: Indian Premier League 2008

yeap, there's one event named "Indian Premier League Twenty20", and it does sound very alien to me as well the price's not enticing anyway, i'll do well to give it a miss
