If you dont use Firefox then i would advise it. safer, faster and of course unlike Internet Explorer it is open source so anyone can make handy little plugins for it unlike the microsoft equivelent(??)

piclens is awesome. It works with image sites like google images, flickr etc and creates a big "wall" of all the images. You can zoom in and out, move back and forward along the wall etc. So if you search for "titties" in google you can view em all at the same time as a big mass of titties

Also you must get adblock, blocks everything. Once its installed just subscribe to the us list (it will ask you on restart)
