Problem with Firefox - Betting Forum

Firefox won't load up on my home pc. I removed and tried to re-install (via Internet Explore) but I get a message about my security settings saying that the file can't be downloaded.

Its a real pain in the hole as I can't access Betfair easily through IE. Any ideas as to what has happened?
