Re: CC Championship 25th February

And this is surely madness, but its been mentioned above so here goes

Stoke v Millwall 11/4 general

Stoke boss Johan Boskamp will be without influential striker Sam Bangoura for the visit of Millwall.

Bangoura underwent surgery on a broken hand on Thursday and is unlikely to recover in time to face the Lions.

On-loan striker Paul Gallagher should replace Bangoura after recovering from a knee injury with midfielder Darel Russell back in contention again after serving a three-match suspension.

Mamady Sidibe will continue in Boskamp's starting XI despite breaking his nose recently but Kevin Harper remains sidelined (broken arm).

Josip Skoko is expected to be available for Saturday's game as he jets back from international duty with Australia.

Millwall, meanwhile, prepare to welcome back Carl Asaba to face his former club.

The 33-year-old striker has not played since December 10 due to a back injury and is likely to be included in manager David Tuttle's squad.

``Carl looks fit and sharp, and we expect him to be available at the weekend,'' Tuttle said.

Defender Paul Robinson is likely to shake off a cold in time to return from suspension at the Britannia Stadium, but midfielder Jody Morris (fractured cheekbone), winger Josh Simpson and striker Barry Hayles (both knee) remain unavailable.

Well, in a nutshell....theyre both shite Stoke have no win in 9 & havent even scored in their last 5 games (0-2-3-0-7) so I would say their 'influential' striker is somewhat wrongly labelled
Millwall have no win in 7 but have 4 draws in their last 6. They 'feel' stronger than Stoke who normally are involved in boring mid table mediocrity whereas Millwall know exactly whats expected of them.
Millwall do lie down occasionally but I dont see it here as they know theres 3 points for them & I expect them to have too much fight tbh

Re: CC Championship 25th February

leeds v luton

leedsshould win this , simple as but we all know how far they've fallen. A big plus for me is that the elland rd crowd are behind the team and dont get on their back ala Wolves or Southampton.
Luton have scored 7 in their last 3 but have conceded 10 they have the 3rd worst defence in the championship.
Leeds on the otherhand keep it tight, they have the third best defence in the league conceding 3 in their last 6 league games.
Cresswell out for Leeds whilst Luton look ok

Quote:

Leeds are without Shaun Derry, who completes a two-game suspension, while Frazer Richardson (hamstring) and Matt Kilgallon (knee) are still out.
Richard Cresswell is out for the season after knee surgery, but Eirik Bakke should retain his place.

Luton hope to welcome back utility man Paul Underwood after four matches out with a hip injury.

Peter Holmes is also pushing for a return but Steve Robinson, David Bell and Chris Coyne remain sidelined.
Derry has made 31 appearences this seasn so they'll miss him too , it's quite bad teamnews is that and a potential swayer.
I think 1.67 is a bit tight too but I'm gonna stick Leeds in a double with god knows who!

Leeds 1.67 (5/10)

Keemanan, see my post above, Leeds -0.5 is 1.90 with Bet365 (if you've got an account with them).

You're right about Leeds injuries , I notice Creswell was only on the bench for their win against Watford
