Re: Non League Midweek 20/21/22

Prinze

I said earlier in the thread that I think Dagenham have a great chance on getting something from their travels to Grays. So if I were betting on a handicap I would go for some kind of Dagenham +0.5 as long as you could get somewhere near evens on it.

Bugger just checked and Grays have gone to like 6/4 on betfair and 6/5 best at bookies. Nearly laid them at Evens last night but thought id wait and see if it dropped a bit, cant be doing the lay now at those odds. Thats a huge drift

Daggers double chance was 1.95 10 hours ago, its 1.66 now. Annoying most definitely

Glad to her it mate. The game itself looked pretty even, I saw one of the Accy goals and it was calamitous defending by Morecambe.

I reckon there's small value in Alty and Burton, not 100% convinced I'll go there mind. Much prefering the Mangoes shout though.

Re: Non League Midweek 20/21/22

Yeah mate in all reality that St Albans 3-2 was easier than it looked. They were 3-0 up afta an hour then Thurrock scored and got an 89th min so was never in danger.

Also Heybridge 1-0

Mangoes lost 1-0 unfortunately.

Grays lost 4-0

Kings Lynn 3-1 if anyone was on that.

Workington unfortunately definitely postponed at ht. Duno what the deal is there, defo stakes back but id be suprised if they paid out the win but you never know.

Blyth is on tomorrow night.

Re: Non League Midweek 20/21/22

:

FCUKERS!!!!!!!

Sporting odds have it listed as "open" but I'm not holding my breath!

Even my loosinh Merthyr bet is down as "open". W@nkers.

Still, I'll be against lancaster again this weekend...

From the Workington Forum:

Football turned to farce tonight at the Giant Axe as Reds fans were once again cruelly reminded of that well-worn adage that Workington AFC invented bad luck. A sizeable contigent of Reds supporters were enjoying some friendly banter with hapless Lancaster sub keeper Sullivan when we were plunged into darkness and half an hour later our worst fears were realise with the announcement of an abandonment. The problem was apparently that 2 fuses had blown, Lancaster had no spares and United Utilities were called out too late. Whislt I do not believe for 1 minute that there was any skullduggery involved, Lancaster City must be brought to book by the Football Conference for their gross incompetence and failing to ensure that the fixture was fulfilled.

Reds had led 4-0 against a home side reduced to 10 men when keeper McMillan was sent off in the 4th minute and there is absolutely no doubt that we would have had more goals in the 2nd half. City were 'gone' and Reds were looking to build on strikes from Hewson, Hopper, Berkeley and a comedy own goal folowing Sullivan's fresh air swipe at a harmless back pass. The last laugh was on Reds though, and as the Lancaster players, officials and fans chuckled their way home, we were left to stand around aimless and disconsolate with much head shaking and ripe language - especially from yours truly.

Re: Non League Midweek 20/21/22

Guys can I ask how good a punt are Blyth tomorrow at prescott. I am toying between them and Juventus haha! Feel this may have an edge though on the bookies especially as the home side have a defender out. Blyth are 4-2-0 in their last 6 and face Prescott who have only 1 win in 6. Also with tonights results Blyth really have to win to continue promotion push.

Also what is everyone's Max bet limit with 365 on this? Im getting £100 tops

Re: Non League Midweek 20/21/22

You read my write up on Blyth earlier in the thread chips?

I see it as a standard good bet but not 'big bet' material. For the record I dont think anyone should ever go proper big stakes on midweek non league as it can be a bit random at times.

I price Blyth Evens hence 5/4 appeals nicely.

(Im allowed £200 at bet365 btw)

Re: Non League Midweek 20/21/22

Bet365 are allowing me a measly £20 on Blyth, one of the reasons why I stopped using them.

Stan James are also offering this match though Mr. C so that should sort you out.
