but as ever the Toffees will make a howler and gift them a goal.

If Charlton score first ...it's all over. If Everton score first then it will be a very nervy match , but the Addicks can get back into it.

Spooky, or what?!!!.....the guy that wrote that really knows his stuff, eh? Top bloke as well...good friend of mine.

Re: The Monday Banter Desperation thread

I am in two ends on Viduka. One i remember the guy who was superb for Celtic and was a great bit of business by Wim Jansen i think it was.

The other was the prick that left on shittey terms. Bags of talent but only plays when he feels like it.

Birmingham 2-0 up now. I really believe this is Wigan back to reality now and we will see them go on a very poor run now.

Re: The Monday Banter Desperation thread

Kiko...I think that's Wigan really showing the effects of a small squad without much rotation...they'll be tired now, but also Birmingham can't keep being as shit as they have been..
Hibees down 1-0...they NEED this win as well to get closer to Hearts...got to hope they can get back in it
Could do with St J getting on the scoresheet.

I heard in the car just prior to kick off that Jewell had made lots of changes after the 3-0 defeat to Blackburn. I honestly thought that this would be a mistake and if I had been at my PC I would have had a small punt on Birmingham today. I know this sounds like after eventing but it's what I genuinely thought to myself. Why change a team that has over achieved so much on the back of one poor result? Very strange.
